LETTER: Customer service

I would like to share with the community some positive information about one of our local businesses - Family Shoe Store.

Earlier this summer I purchased a pair of work boots, special order. Upon picking up, they were not fitting well.

Mindy Bailey addressed this issue doing what she could, but in the end, it just didn’t fit. She ordered another pair, good fit.

I wanted Mindy to know it was appreciated and the community to know we still have a business that serves their customers with care.
