What is the “Great Reset?” You may have heard the term lately in connection with the World Economic Forum (WEF), which meets annually in the Swiss town of Davos. I wrote about the WEF in January. In 2016 the WEF listed eight predictions on its website. They presented a vision of what the world would look like in 2030, just seven years from now. They were: 1) All products will become services. 2) There is a global price on carbon. 3) U.S. dominance is over. We have a handful of global powers. 4) Farewell hospital, hello home-spital. 5) We are eating less meat. 6) Today’s Syrian Refugees, 2030s CEOs. 7) The values that built the West will have been tested to breaking point. 8) By the 2030s we’ll be ready to move humans toward the Red Planet.
Let’s take a look at each of these WEF goals one at a time;
All products will become services. The real meaning behind this is that you will own nothing. You will only rent things like homes, autos, TVs, computers, tools, lawn mowers, etc. This has already begun in the farm implement world where many of the latest large tractors, combines, etc. are leased to farmers.
We only need think of the current controversy in Iowa over the proposed carbon pipelines. This is a scam to control the natural element, carbon. This is part of the plan to control all energy production and consumption by the “climate change” fearmongers. Occurring naturally, there is no scientific evidence the amount of carbon in the atmosphere has an effect on global climate.
The Davos crowd is intent on “taking down” the economic and military power of the United States. It seems like our own government is working toward the same goal.
The recent global pandemic has been the basis for huge amounts of “tele-medicine.” We are being encouraged to visit our health care professionals via television. This, like tele-education, is far less effective than face-to-face encounters with your doctor. This goal is in accord with the World Health Organization’s plan to control world-wide response to future pandemics.
There is increasing pressure to develop and use plant-based meat substitutes.
I do not know how to address this WEF goal.
We are seeing a drastic attack on both the family and the church. These two systems have been the bedrock of our social fabric. With the increased absence of fathers in the family we see the destruction of the basic group of our society and civilization. There are no benefits to our families when the father is absent.
President Obama had this to say about the importance of fathers in the American family: “I came to understand the importance of fatherhood through its absence—both in my life and in the lives of others. I came to understand that the hole a man leaves when he abandons his responsibility to his children is one that no government can fill.”
We also see a decline in church membership. A recent poll shows 31% of Americans claim to have no religious affiliation. Our nation was founded by a people who almost unanimously proclaimed faith in God. This decline has been accompanied with a decline in morality. We have truly become an “Anything Goes” society.
In perhaps the most eagerly anticipated aerospace announcement of the year 2016, SpaceX founder Elon Musk revealed his grand plan for establishing a human settlement on Mars. Musk anticipates this will begin sometime prior to 2030.
This is not fiction. These are the long-range goals of the WEF. This is the organization behind the annual “Davos” meetings in Switzerland. You know, where over a thousand people fly in private jet airplanes to meet and decide our future. These people are self-appointed. They sincerely desire to destroy the United States of America, because they cannot control us. Chesterton was correct. These people represent a despotism that wants to take down our democratic society as established by our United States of America Constitution. In their minds this requires the “Great Reset,” where everything is changed according to their plan.
