Cliff Moulin, 88, of Creston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, at the Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. A Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 13, at Pearson Family Funeral Service & Cremation Center of Creston. Celebrant Juleen Krings will officiate. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the funeral home. A private committal service will be held in the Graceland Cemetery in Creston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be directed to the family for the Taylor House in Des Moines.
Clifford Berdette Moulin was born Oct. 29, 1937, in Gilman City, Missouri, the son of Delbert Clyde and Viola Elizabeth (Stretch) Moulin. Clifford was raised and educated in the Gilman City area and graduated from Gilman City High School with the class of 1956.
On Dec. 29, 1957, Clifford was united in marriage to Frances Lou Black in Missouri. The couple were blessed with three sons: Steve, Randy and Kevin. Cliff was a farmer all of his adult life and farmed in Union County for many years. Cliff was residing at Crestridge Estates in Creston for the last eight years.
Cliff was preceded in death by his wife Frances; his son Randy and his parents.
Cliff is survived by two sons: Steve (Deb) Moulin of Jacksonville, Florida, and Kevin (Kim) Moulin of Grimes; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister Donita (Miles) Slocum of Apache Junction, Arizona; two nephews and a niece. Cliff is also survived by his longtime partner and companion, Kate McKee of Creston.
