He was a devoted and energetic dad and granddad who deeply cherished time spent with his family, delighting in every moment and connection. Whether at “grandpa’s farm” or Summit Lake, Mike poured his heart into making those places welcoming spaces where family and friends could come together, feel at home and truly connect.
Above all, Mike was a faithful and active follower of Christ. Through his service at First Baptist Church and his constant desire to care for others, he looked for every opportunity to share the gospel and lovingly introduce people to his Savior, Jesus.
