Debra L. Veatch, 72, of Lenox, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, at Lakeside Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Powers Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Deb will later be interred in the Witt Cemetery near Bridgewater.

Debra Lynn Veatch was born Nov. 14, 1953, in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, to Orville Campbell and Beverly (Runte) Campbell. She graduated from Plattsmouth High School.
On Aug. 15, 1981, Deb was united in marriage to Hal Dean Veatch in Creston. They settled on their farm where she helped with farming all her life.
Deb loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching Nebraska football.
Deb is survived by her husband Hal Dean Veatch of Lenox; two sons, JD Conard of Lenox and Clinton Veatch (Kelly Clark) of St. Charles, Illinois; four grandchildren: Elizabeth Conard, Madison Veatch, Jack Veatch and Jacob Dean Cornick and her cousin Cathy (Dennis) Messerly of Council Bluffs.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
