Kristi Tucker, 62, of Prescott, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at the Accura HealthCare Center in Creston. There are no public services scheduled at this time.

Kristi Elizabeth Tucker was born Dec. 6, 1962, to Georgia Elizabeth (Pettet) Smith and Gerald James Smith in Creston. Kristi graduated from Prescott High School in 1981. On Feb. 6, 1982, Kristi was united in marriage to Roger Galyn Tucker, her high school sweetheart. From this union they were blessed with a son, Trever. They settled on a small acreage north of Prescott. Kristi worked for Adams County Extension office as the Adams County 4-H program assistant, followed by director of public relations for the Greater Community Hospital and finally as a senior territory manager for Lifeline systems prior to her MS challenges, which made it too difficult to continue in her professional capacity.
Kristi enjoyed traveling, playing cards with friends, camping, reading and of course, cooking.
Kristi is survived by her husband, Roger Tucker of Prescott; her son Trever (Ashley)Tucker of Creston; two grandchildren, Tryce and Kayden Tucker and her two sisters, Kathy (Scott Williams) Adkins of Tucson, Arizona, and Debbie (Dave) Schrader of Prescott; her in-laws, Lewis and Kay Tucker, Kevin“Fiz”and Nicci Tucker and Tammy and Rod Stroud, all of Prescott, and Brian and Rachel Tucker of Creston and many nieces and nephews.
Kristi was preceded in death by her parents.
