Michael Feick, 67, of Creston, died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Creston Specialty Care.

Michael Feick, 67, of Creston, died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Creston Specialty Care. Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, at Powers Funeral Home in Creston. Pastor Jodi Rushing will officiate. The burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Creston. Open memorial visitation with family receiving friends will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service on Thursday at Powers Funeral Home in Creston.

Michael Floyd Feick was born Feb. 1, 1958, to Ruby “Elaine” (Draper) Feick and Floyd Edmund Feick in Creston. Mike graduated from Orient-Macksburg High School with the class of 1976 and continued his education at Des Moines Area Community College, graduating in 1978 with a degree in agriculture.

Mike had several different jobs throughout his life, beginning with working as a farm hand for Chet Abel for several years following college. He later worked for Creston Feed and Grain for a number of years, delivering and grinding feed. Mike also worked in the warehouse for Southwest Distributing in Creston for over 25 years prior to retiring in 2020.

Survivors include his sister Debra (Jim) Holker of Creston; two brothers, John Feick of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Ray (Brenda) Feick of Orient; nieces and nephews: Stacy (Willy) Fargo, Alex (Katie) Fargo and children Drew and Ayla, Noah Fargo (Laila) and children Aydin and Mazzy Fargo, Austin (Britt) Laney and Bea Smith, all of Creston and Jeff (Sara) Feick of Las Vegas, Nevada; aunts and uncles: Max and Phyllis Feick of Orient, Ted Feick of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jeanie (Dave) Oxford of Winterhaven, Florida, many other extended family and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd (R. Elaine) Feick; maternal grandparents, Keith (Merle) Draper; paternal grandparents, Edmund (Lena) Feick and aunt Rosemary Feick.
