Linda D. Roach

Linda Roach, 77, of Creston, died Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Greater Regional Health in Creston. No public services are scheduled at this time. Powers Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Linda Diane Roach was born May 1, 1946, daughter to William Junior Page and Betty Marie (Sevier) Page in Creston. She graduated from Creston Community High School in 1964.

On Jan. 23, 1966, Linda was united in marriage to John Arthur Roach in Corning. Together they settled on a farm near Kent, where they raised their family. Linda was an active mother, farmwife and postmaster of the Kent Post Office, later retiring from postal service. Linda attended church at Trinity Lutheran Church in Creston.

Linda is survived by her son Tim (Kelly) Roach of Creston; eight grandchildren: Cheyenne Roach of Munroe Falls, Ohio, Matthew Raddatz of Creston, Shepherd Roach of Missouri, Dakota Roach of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Shelennia Roach of Iowa, John Roach of New York, Dawn Roach of New York and Alex Roach of Creston; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mike Page of Creston and Steve (Linda) Page of Prescott; a sister, Pam (Bob) McKee of Creston; a brother-in-law, Gene Clark of Creston; many nieces, nephews and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Roach in 2016; son, John W. Roach; sister, Judy Clark; brother, Richard Page and sister-in-law, Shirley Page.
