Southern Iowa Rural Water Association said Wednesday its new treatment plant is supplying two-thirds of its distribution system including Ringgold County.
The plant, located east of Creston, was initially activated in late December but operational errors soon forced SIRWA to return to using Creston Waterworks until changes at its plant were made.
SIRWA was hoping additional areas of its service area would be provided by the end of last week.
