The 38 Lorimor residents who voted Tuesday were all in favor of the town to discontinue and dispose of the Lorimor Municipal Gas utility by a sale.
The results are unofficial.
Polls were open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Lorimor City Hall, 503 Main. Two of the votes were absentee. Union County Board of Supervisors are expected to canvass the election.
