Legislative coffees scheduled with Shipley, Moore

The Creston Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual legislative coffees with Sen. Tom Shipley and Rep. Tom Moore, 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 13, March 13 and April 10. Members of the public are encouraged to ask questions of Shipley and Moore on topics addressed during the current legislative session. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s meetings with Shipley and Moore – traditionally hosted at the Creston Restored Depot meal site – will be held virtually via Zoom. This year, Shipley and Moore’s virtual visit will be combined with Adams and Cass counties. To ensure a question for Shipley or Moore is received and answered, the Chamber is requesting that questions are submitted via email to chamber@crestoniowachamber.com or to the Creston Chamber’s Facebook page by noon Feb. 11.

This meeting with the legislators are free of charge and open to the public.
