Bridgewater’s Roundup Day is Saturday

Meal and entertainment in city park

Area youth participate in a cup game during a past Bridgewater Roundup Day event.

Roundup Day, Bridgewater’s annual celebration gathering, is this Saturday, June 14.

A meal will be served in the city park from 5-7 p.m. with hamburger, brat patty or hot dog on the menu, served with cole slaw, chips, dessert and a drink. The meal is $10 for adults and children 4 and over are $5.

Entertainment starts at 7 p.m. with Minute to Win It games and music.

Pork for the meal has been donated by Adair County Pork Producers.

Serve Cole Slaw — Sheri Stormer and Pam Frese

Make and serve drinks — Stan Frese, Iris Evans and Richard and Donna Victor

Cut and serve desserts — Tiffany Warrior and Kristen Walker

Move items to the park — Warren Evans, Jerry Walker and Tyler Ford

Carry trays and food — George and Wendy Feazell and 4-H club

Games — Audra Ford and 4-H club

Entertainment — Kristen Walker and Roberta Carpenter
