Rhoads returning as pool manager

Rates set for the year are identical to last year

Erin Rhoads was approved during Tuesday, April 22’s Greenfield City Council meeting as the city’s pool manager for a second-straight season.

Rhoads is a 2020 Nodaway Valley graduate and reported last season went very well.

The council approved her pay rate as $15.25 per hour. Other pay rates set were $12.86 per hour for an assistant manager, $10.80 per hour for returning lifeguards, $10.30 for new lifeguards and $8.00 for concession workers. WSI-certified lifeguards will receive an additional $0.25 per hour.

Pool rates and hours will remain the same as last year: daily gen5eral admission for 3 and over, $5; family passes for 2-3 members, $110; family passes for four or more, $130; a senior pass, $50 and a single pass $65. Checks should be made out to City of Greenfield. Passes will be available at a Family Glow Night Thursday, May 1.
