Jabon Allen Lee Diercks, 31, 610 W. Montgomery St., was charged on multiple Pottawattamie County warrants on original charges of ongoing criminal conduct — unlawful activity, second-degree theft, and unauthorized use of a credit card between $1,500 and $10,000 12:32 a.m. Thursday at his residence.
Diercks was transferred from the Union County Jail to Pottawattamie County Sheriff.

Jacob David Jones, 1383 State Highway 148, Corning, was charged with violation of a no contact order, contempt and public intoxication 1:26 p.m. Thursday at a victim’s residence.
According to a Creston Police report, Jones was found at the residence of a protected party
Jones plead guilty to public intoxication and was being held on $300 bond.
