Crossroads ‘cautious reopening’

All Crossroads Behavioral Health Services locations are open and operational on limited schedules. For clients wishing to continue services from home, virtual Telehealth or phone call appointments are still available. Hours of operations are as follows:

Creston and Osceola:

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday (Telehealth only)

Winterset:

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday (Telehealth only)

All locations have staff members diligently cleaning and sanitizing all locations multiple times throughout the day as well. All clients entering the location premises will be screened, having their temperature taken and given a mask to wear.

Crossroads continues to offer a 24/7 mental health crisis support phone line at 641-342-2914.

Crossroads clients who are not ready to come back into the office, therapy and counseling will still be available via live video connection, over the internet, using Telehealth software.
