Nichole Jean Ott, 37, of Diagonal was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of third-degree burglary 7:48 p.m. Monday at the Black Hawk County Jail.
Ott was being held on $5,000 bond for Union County in the Adams County Jail.
