Austin Thompson, 22, 608 5th St., Prescott, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor 8:45 a.m. Saturday at his residence.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, a 17-year-old male victim was staying at Thompson’s residence May 16. The victim was impaired by alcohol, tied to a bed and sexually assaulted by Thompson. The assault was recorded on video and was sent out on Snapchat for others to witness, with Thompson making the comment that the victim was ‘too (expletive) up to know’.
Thompson was being held in the Adams County Jail awaiting an appearance before the magistrate. Additionally, Clara Winfrey, 28, of Prescott was also charged with first-degree sexual abuse, assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor in relation to the case.
