Kaylee Nelson, 24, 112 Manor Drive #1, was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear for fingerprinting on the original charge of two counts of assault on persons of certain occupations 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Nelson was being held on $100 bond in the Union County Jail.

Tonya Tindle, 30, 1503 N. Lincoln St. No. 3, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and Michael Walton, 34, also of 1503 N. Linoln Street No. 3, was charged with possession of a controlled substance — third or subsequent offense 9 a.m. Monday at their residence.
According to a Creston Police report, a search warrant was executed at the residence and officers found the two to be in possession of multiple pieces of paraphernalia, with Walton also found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Tindle was released from the Union County Law Enforcement Center on her promise to appear. Walton was being held on $5,000 bond in the Union County Jail.

Travis Woollums, 37, 310 S. Maple St., was charged on a Union County warrant for the original charge of second-degree theft 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Creston Police report, Woollums was given two 72-hour periods to return a truck and a firearm to an individual who provided proof that they belonged to them. Woollums failed to return the items, which are worth a total of $1,800.
Woollums was being held on $5,000 bond in the Union County Jail.

Samuel McKinney, 29, of Eldora, was charged on two Hardin County warrants for failure to appear on the original charges of failure to maintain control and third-offense operating while under the influence 1:35 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Townline and North Lincoln Streets.
McKinney was being held on $5,300 bond in the Union County Jail.
