Rosealia Stalker, 49, of Corning was charged with two counts of domestic abuse assault 11:19 p.m. Friday at the 1500 block of Benton Avenue in Corning.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, Stalker was involved in a dispute and threw a picture frame at a male victim, hitting him in the back of the head. Stalker then choked a female victim.
Stalker was being held in the Adams County Jail awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.
