James Goodman, 68, 109 Adams St., Diagonal, was charged with violation of protective order 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at 1006 N. Division St.

According to a Creston Police report, Goodman was texting a female that he has an active no-contact order with.

Goodman was released from the Union County Jail on his promise to appear.

Rachel Colburn, 30, 1303 N. Mills St, was charged with a Union County warrant for the original charge of fifth-degree fradulent practice 10:42 p.m. Tuesday at her residence.

According to a Creston Police report, Fareway security footage from Dec. 28, 2019 showed Colburn using a fraudulent $100 bill to purchase goods.

Colburn was released from the Union County Jail on her promise to appear.

Autumn St. Onge, 18, 311 Madison Ave., Diagonal, was charged with fifth-degree theft 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at 806 Laurel St.

According to a Creston Police report, St. Onge was underscanning items at Walmart in an attempt to not pay an amount totalling $124.78.

St. Onge was cited and released on her promise to appear.

Katherine Whetzell, 301 E. Clark St., reported theft 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at her residence.

According to a Creston Police report, someone entered Whetzell’s residence and took a 50 inch television and a class ring sometime between 10:20 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Estimated loss was $300.
