Douglas Kelton Reeves, 39, of Greenfield was charged with first-degree harassment 10:33 a.m. Friday at a victim's residence.
According to an Adair County Sheriff's report, the reporting party stated that Reeves was sitting in his vehicle, honking his vehicle horn and threatening him. Deputies observed Reeves in a 2005 Pontiac continuously honking the horn. He had been trespassed from the victim's property the previous evening. He refused to roll down the window and talk to deputies. The victim stated Reeves had threatened to beat him up and kill him.
Reeves was being held on $7,000 bond.
