Coltin Hatfield, 24, 1009 Davis Ave., Corning was charged with first-degree harassment, enticing a minor under the age of 16, dissemination of obscene material to minors and assault while participating in a felony 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, a male under the age of 16 made a report to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office that he’d been receiving messages through a Snapchat account used by Hatfield. The young male said Hatfield had been asking for sexual favors and sending nude photographs. Hatfield arranged to meet the underage male at the bathrooms of the Adams County Speedway. Hatfield had also assaulted a juvenile male, grabbing him by his coat and placing him in fear.
Hatfield was being held in the Adams County Jail awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.
