DES MOINES — Today, Rep. Cindy Axne’s re-election campaign announced it has raised more than $620,000 during the fourth quarter of 2019, marking the seventh consecutive quarter in which Axne has outraised her opponent, former Congressman David Young.
Rep. Axne has raised over $2 million for her re-election campaign and finished 2019 with more than $1.6 million cash on hand. During the fourth quarter, the median contribution amount was $10. In 2018, Axne raised over $5.2 million – an Iowa Congressional record – to support her bid to defeat David Young.
