Wade Hiatt, 21, of Truro was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of third-degree criminal mischief 7:20 p.m. Wednesday in the Marion County Jail.
Hiatt was being held in the Union County Jail on $1,000 bond.
