Derik Pickrell, 34, Fontanelle, was charged with assault with injury 4:22 p.m. Nov. 4 on S. 2nd St. in Greenfield.
According to a report, Pickrell grabbed the victim around the neck and by the hair and threw them to the ground, leaving red marks across the victim’s neck and a welt on the victim’s head.
Pickrell was being held in the Adair County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Cameshia Murray, 31, of Norfolk, Nebraska, was charged with interference with official acts and false identification 10 p.m. Oct. 28 at 100 5th St. in Adair.
According to an Adair County Sheriff’s report, Murray was involved in a prior incident where she stated she was punched in the face and provided false identification of the individual who assaulted her. During a pursuit which involved Cass County Sheriff’s Department, a male subject was arrested and stated he was looking for Murray and that she was his wife. The male subject involved in the pursuit had a different name than the one Murray provided in the earlier incident.
Murray was being held on a $600 bond.

John Lemon, 37, Greenfield, was charged with violation of probation on the original charge of possession with intent to deliver —methamphetamine 6:58 p.m. Oct. 28 at 302 E. Iowa St. in Greenfield.
According to a sheriff’s report, Lemon was granted probation on June 25. The court ordered Lemon to pay all the court fees, for which he had paid none. In addition to financial delinquency, Lemon has admitted to repeated usage of controlled substances and was arrested in Madison County and is alleged to have possessed methamphetamine Oct. 17.
Lemon was being held in Adair County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Jaqueline Baudler, 62, Stuart, was charged with driving while license denied or revoked 4:15 p.m. Oct. 30 at 607 S. Division St. in Stuart.
According to an Adair County Sheriff’s report, Baudler was fueling a 2004 Pontiac at the Kum & Go in Stuart when she was spotted by an officer who was aware that she had her license revoked after a prior O.W.I. test failure. Baudler entered her car and drove off. The officer initiated a traffic stop and pulled Baudler over in the grocery store parking lot.
Baudler was being held in Adair County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Tyler Carter, 28, Adair, was charged in Shelby County on an outstanding warrant for reckless use of a firearm 6 p.m. Oct. 31.
Carter was held in Audubon County until the next morning when he appeared before a magistrate and was released.
