Brittany Kuhn, 25, 116 Manor Dr., was charged with harassment and two counts of assault 8:13 p.m. Sunday.

According to a Creston Police report, Kuhn assaulted a victim by punching them in the head several times. Kuhn proceeded to follow the victim around town harassing them, threatening them with bodily harm. At the intersection of East Irving and North Cherry streets, Kuhn assaulted the victim again. Afterward, Kuhn turned herself in to the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Kuhn was being held in the Union County Jail on a $2,600 bond.

Jeffrey Hoffman, 31, 206 W. Montgomery St., was charged on 3 Union County warrants for two counts of fifth-degree criminal mischief and one count of third-degree burglary 8:22 a.m. Monday.

According to a Creston Police report, Hoffman forcibly ripped off the back hatch of the victim’s vehicle and took printed photos from inside.

Hoffman was being held in the Union County Jail on a $2,600 bond.

Sheri Jo Watters, 40, 201 W. Mills St., was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of escape from custody 11:24 a.m. Monday.

Watters was being held in the Adams County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

Jennifer Beard, 39, 612 W. Mills St., was charged with one count of fifth-degree criminal mischief and one count of trespassing 11:40 a.m. Monday.

According to a Creston Police, Beard had trespassed onto the victim’s property and punched out the victim’s tail light with her fist.

Beard was being held on a $300 bond.

Keith Olson, 206 S. Sumner St., reported someone took his tools, tool case and copper drill bits between 5:30 and 10:30 a.m. Monday from the garage at his residence.

Estimated loss was $100.
