Grandparents are Bea Lamb and Mark Houser of Lenox and Dwayne and Kalian Smith of Creston.
Great-grandparent is Helen Wadell of Creston.
The infant will be welcomed home by Gracie, 15, Cody, 12, Hannah, 10, and Derek, 5.
