The Lead UC Initiative Board of Directors is now seeking nominations for the Lead UC Class of 2020. This local leadership development opportunity is now entering into its 11th year of programming, which has graduated over 100 leaders in Union County so far.
“This experience made me more aware of my community, it will be valuable information for the future. It was awesome to network with other professionals in Union County,” said Kaytee Scadden, a 2018 graduate.
Nine sessions will be held on a bi-weekly basis starting Jan. 22, 2020. The sessions are held in locations throughout Union County and focus on community capitals and instilling leadership skills.
The program is an opportunity to provide professional development in your workplace on an annual basis. Nominations must be received by Sept. 30.
