Joel William Blazek, 19, 203 N. Oak St., was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear 1:15 p.m. Friday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Blazek was released on $300 bond.

Jeremiah Lee Whitney, 18, 617 N. Pine St. was charged on a Union County warrant for two counts of forgery 1:20 p.m. Friday at his residence.
According to a Creston Police report, a witness reported that Whitney sent her pictures by phone of a lap full of $100 bills and said he wanted to purchase some items from her and giver her money for their child. The witness sold Whitney a pair of tennis shoes, a hat and received money for the child. The witness stated that after Whitney left she noticed that three of the bills were fake.
Whitney was being held on $10,000 bond.

Jeffrey Michael Drake, 32, 1202 N. Pine St., was charged with driving while suspended 10:24 a.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of North Pine Street.
Drake was released on $300 bond.

Lawrence Wantland, 508 N. Chestnut St., reported that sometime between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. Friday, the windshield of his vehicle was damaged while parked at his residence.
Estimated damage was $300.
