U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst will be attending the Creston Veterans Appreciation Breakfast Wednesday, July 3, at the mealsite in the restored Creston Depot in Uptown Creston as part of the Sesquicentennial Celebration.
The breakfast is co-sponsored by Creston Chamber of Commerce and Creston Walmart Super Center. All area veterans and active duty personnel are invited to attend the free event along with their spouses. Breakfast is served from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
