Penny Faye Oetken, 51, 428 Wyoming Ave., was charged with first offense operating while under the influence 1:42 a.m. Sunday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Oetken was unable to maintain her lane while driving and her blood alcohol measured .156.

Oetken was released on $1,000 bond.

Nathan Gene Marx, 30, 1001 S. Sumner Ave. No. 13, was charged with first offense operating while under the influence 5 a.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of South Sumner Ave.

According to a Creston Police report, while Marx was stopped for traffic violations, he was determined to be impaired. Marx's blood alcohol measured .172.

Marx was released on $1,000 bond.

Nicki Renee Jones, 36, 619 N. Birch St., was charged with providing false identification information and trespassing 7:38 a.m. Monday at 806 Laurel St.

According to a Creston Police report, Jones gave a false name to officers when they made contact with her.

Jones was released on $300 bond.

Rodney Gale Fry, 58, 502 N. Walnut St., was charged with fourth degree theft 9:23 a.m. Monday at 806 Laurel St.

According to a Creston Police report, Fry was seen loading flowers, shrubs, and potting soil into his vehicle without paying for them.

Estimated value was $230.

Fry was released on $100 bond.
