Robert George Brown, 68, of Thayer was charged on a Union County warrant for first degree harassment 1:25 p.m. Wednesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Union County Sheriff’s report, Brown drove head on towards the victims and stopped his vehicle in front of them, before he threatened to beat up and shoot one of the victims on April 26 on Violet Avenue in Thayer.
Brown was released on $2,000 bond.
