Steven Michael Nutt, 59, 509 S. Maple St., was charged with driving while barred — habitual offender, open container and no insurance 10:08 p.m. Thursday on the 2700 block of Highway 25 in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, deputies observed Nutt driving a 2005 Pontiac with a non-working license plate lamp and subsequently determined his license was barred.
Nutt was released on $2,000 bond.
