Jacob Dean Hummel, 19, of Emerson was charged with public intoxication 9:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Cherry and East Montgomery streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Hummel was found faced down outside his vehicle after a call from a third party. Medical staff and officers arrived, and Hummell made his way into the road. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs in a public place.
Hummell was released on $300 bond.

Ryan Michael Weis, 33, 1842 Luther Circle, was charged with driving while revoked 1:39 p.m. Tuesday at his residence.
According to a Creston Police report, Weis was seen by a witness driving a vehicle registered to him on a public road while his license was revoked.
Weis was released on $1,000 bond.
