Kevin Kilkenny

Kevin Patrick Kilkenny was born Nov. 24, 1953, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola, and died Friday, Jan. 18, 2019, at his home in Belleville, Michigan.

Kevin gradated from Clarke Community High School in 1972 and Iowa State University in Ames in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering. Kevin’s entire career was spent with BASF, where he retired after 33 years. He lived in several states and traveled all over the world for his job and during retirement.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Martha Kilkenny; brothers, John Kilkenny, Joe Kilkenny, Mike Kilkenny and Bill Kilkenny; and also, Burt Paul.

Kevin is survived by his brothers, Jim (Sammie) Kilkenny and K.C. (Janet) Kilkenny; sisters-in-law, Marcia Kilkenny and Karen Kilkenny; second family, Marilyn Paul and Debbie (John) Barrier; many nieces and nephews, friends all over the country and two fat cats.

Per Kevin’s wishes, he was cremated with a celebration of life and interment in Maple Hill Cemetery at a later date.
