Adair County Sheriff

Mark Alan Jacobsen, 54, of Exira, was charged with harassment and interference with official acts 12:05 a.m. July 29 in Adair.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, officers responded to a report of harassment and when they arrived, Jacobsen ran from them after being ordered to stop.

Jacobsen was released on $300 cash only bond.

Heather Linn Armstrong, 26, of Adel, was charged on a warrant for violation of probation 10:17 p.m. July 29 in Greenfield.

Armstrong was being held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Dakota Eugene Brown, 25, of Creston, was charged on two Union County warrants for failure to appear 2:15 Wednesday in Orient.

Brown was transported directly to Union County and his bond was set at $10,000.

Dalton James Cormeny, 26, of Creston, was charged on a warrant for third-offense domestic abuse assault 3:14 p.m. Wednesday in Greenfield.

Cormeny was being held on $5,000 bond.

Hannah Rose Mauldin, 28, of Des Moines, was charged on an outstanding warrant contempt 10:32 p.m. Wednesday.

Mauldin must serve the remainder of her sentence.

Tristan Raju Carter, 29, of Stuart, was being held for transfer to Polk County custody on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine 7:04 p.m. Thursday.

Carter was released to Polk County custody.

Matthew James Hopes, 32, of Adair was charged on a warrant for second degree sexual abuse 8:38 p.m. Friday in Adair.

Hopes was being held without bond until seen by a judge.
