Joey Gene Ebarb, 36, of Des Moines was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of controlled substance violation 10:03 a.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center.
Ebarb was being held on $100,000 bond.

Ian Michael Keith Adamson, 31, 425 New York Ave. Apt. 5, was charged on a Union County warrant for willful injury – causing serious injury 12:47 p.m. Friday at 1700 W. Townline St.
According to a Creston Police report, the victim of the assault reported to officers on Oct. 19, 2017, Adamson had beaten her in the face and head with his fists, struck her in the head with a blunt object causing a deep laceration and attempted to choke her by placing his hands around her throat and holding her head underwater in a bathtub.
Adamson was being held on $10,000 bond.

Alex Richard Cunningham, 27, 1024 Crest Dr., was charged on a Union County warrant for third-degree harassment 4:12 p.m. Friday.
According to a Creston Police report, Cunningham was issued a warrant for harassment based on his history of previous harassment issues he has had with multiple victims and for current contact Cunningham was attempting to make with another victim in an innapropriate manner.
Cunningham was released on $300 bond.
