Jeffery Whitlow

Jeffery William Whitlow Sr., 50, of Osceola died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, in Osceola.

Visitation with family present will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., in Osceola. Cremation will follow the visitation. Jeffery William Whitlow Sr. was born March 21, 1967, in Muscatine. He served in the United States Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Jeff was a journeyman carpenter for more than 30 years, a plumber, electrician apprentice and tattoo artist.

Jeffery is survived by his wife Vicky Sue Field Whitlow; biological children, Jason Ray Whitlow, Dakota Whitlow, Jeffery William Whitlow Jr. and Jennifer Gomez; mother Carol Hein Shepherd (Tom Shepherd); sisters Joe Dee Hein Shepherd (Todd Shepherd) and Billie Jo Hein; step-children, Justin Allen Zigler (Tiffany Ann Williams), Scotty Allen Zigler (Chelsea Elizabeth Dare Zigler) and Vincent Hawk Zigler; biological grandchildren, Kylie, Ceasar, Sencier, Anthony, Aliza and Jazmine; step-grandchildren, Jeramey, Lakota, Kyler, Chance, Morgan, Jazmine and Cassie and many cousins and extended family.
