FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB: Learning all the different cuts of meat, I guess. You've got a lot of styles of cuts and whatnot. It's kind of handy to know.

BEST SELLING ITEM: Probably ground beef. That's kind of a general thing that people buy here.

BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR: Third of July is probably our busiest day and then just anytime the week before a holiday.

WHAT ITEM FROM THE MEAT DEPARTMENT WOULD YOU BUY? I'm a ribeye guy. I like those. They're, in my opinion, one of the best steaks, so that's what I would get.

SUPER BOWL PREDICTION: I'm not even sure who's playing, so no clue.

HOBBIES: My hobbies are jujitsu, shooting. That's pretty much it.

FAVORITE MOVIE: Any action movie, I guess.

IF YOU WON THE LOTTERY, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH THE MONEY? Put a lot of it in the bank, invest some and then go have fun.

WHAT IS YOUR DREAM VACATION? Snowmobiling in Montana in the mountains, something like that or dirtbiking in the dunes.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY? Probably Christmas, all the family gets together and all that, or Thanksgiving.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST THOUGHT THIS MORNING WHEN YOU HAVE TO WAKE UP? Oh, I have to get ready for work.

IF YOU COULD BRING ONE THING TO CRESTON, WHAT WOULD IT BE? I would like to bring more fitness-type activities, but since it's a college-based town, more things for college kids to do would be the best thing.
