McCann, Boutell wed in August ceremony

DUBUQUE — Kari McCann and Jeramy Boutell were married Aug. 13 at St. Raphael’s Cathedral in Dubuque.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Jane McCann of Creston. The groom is the son of Bruce and Shaila Boutell and Lisa Busby of Racine, Wisconsin.

Matron of honor was Kristen Theisen, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Maggie McCann, sister-in-law of the bride, Katie Boutell, sister of the groom, and Lea Fischer and Tiffany Jacobs, friends of the bride.

Flower girls were Sadie, Grace and Claire McCann, nieces of the bride.

Best man was Chris Spangenberg, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Kyle McCann, brother of the bride, Justin Theisen, brother-in-law of the bride, and Dustin DeFelice and Brett Schurman, friends of the groom.

Ring bearers were Harrison and Hudson Theisen, nephews of the bride.

A reception was held immediately after the ceremony at Hotel Julien in Dubuque.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Creston High School, 2011 graduate of University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls and 2013 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is currently employed as president of Iowa Council of Foundations in Des Moines.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of William Horlick High School in Racine and 2011 graduate of University of Wisconsin — Platteville in Platteville, Wisconsin. He is currently employed as product engineer at John Deere Dubuque Works in Dubuque.

The couple currently reside in Dubuque.
