Nick “Peaches” Sprague, 37, of Creston died Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, at his home in Creston.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at Powers Funeral Home, junction of highways 34 and 25, in Creston. Phil Price will officiate the service. Burial will be at a later date. Open visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials are to the family. Online condolences may be left at www.powersfh.com.
Nicholas Allen Sprague, son of Terry Lee Sprague and Marjorie Walton and raised by Terry and Teri Jo Sprague, was born Feb. 10, 1979, in Creston. Nick was educated at Creston and completed his GED. Nick recently worked as a shagger at Cardinal Glass in Greenfield.
Nick is survived by his father Terry Sprague (Jaye Fry) of Creston; biological mom Marjorie Walton; mom Teri Jo (Jerry) Sevier of Orient; daughter Serenity Ann Marie Sprague; fiancée, Julie Edsall and her children, William and Nicole Nutt; grandmother, Thelma Shinn of Orient; brother Michael Ross (Janelle) Waddingham of Orient; sisters, T’Lee Jo Sprague of Orient and Lizzy Elaine Sprague of Creston; along with his aunts, uncles and his extended family and friends.
Nick was preceded in death by his grandpa and grandma, Carroll and June Sprague, grandpa Rev. Ross Shinn and special friends, Jade Perez and Desiree Lopez.
