Greater Regional Medical Center (GRMC) is pleased to announce Tessa Sandel, ARNP, FNP-BC will join the rotation of providers in the new Greater Regional Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic.
“I am very excited to start fulfilling the urgent care needs for the Creston area,” Sandel said. “I can’t wait to get to know the community.”
Sandel attended Mercy College of Health Sciences where she received her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree and obtained her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Graceland University in Independence, Missouri. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, ANCC.
Prior to joining GRMC, Sandel worked in the Neuro-Trauma ICU at Mercy Medical Center while completing her MSN. Upon completion of her MSN, she has been working as an ARNP with Mercy Medical Center Neurosurgery.
Sandel resides on a small farm near Osceola with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys working on the family farm with their cattle, pigs and chickens. Her daughter is active in 4-H and shows sheep, pigs and steer. Sandel enjoys sewing, painting and crafts. She is also a volunteer for ChildServe.
