Spencer Jordan Leitzel, 25, of Greenfield was charged with prescription drug violation, disorderly conduct and reckless driving 11:06 p.m. Aug. 10 in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Leitzel had in his possession several pills of Alprazalom, a scheduled IV drug, stored in a clear bottle, not in a prescription bottle. Leitzel also knowingly made loud and threatening noises to provoke another person.
Leitzel was released on $1,000 bond.

Derik James Martin, 25, of Greenfield was charged on an Adair County warrant for violation of probation 3:55 p.m. Wednesday in Adair County.
Martin was being held on $25,000 bond.

Mark Elmer Steil, 50, of Bridgewater was charged with possession of paraphernalia 4:16 a.m. Thursday in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Steil knowingly possessed drug paraphernalia, a methamphetamine pipe.
Steil was released and sentenced to time served.

Toni Lynn Reese, 51, of Bridgewater was charged with obstructing prosecution 5:12 a.m. Thursday in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Reese prevented the apprehension of a wanted person.
Reese was released on $2,000 bond.

Daniel Fritz Reeves, 29, of Stuart was charged with controlled substance violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment 9:20 a.m. Saturday in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Reeves knowingly possessed more than five grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, knowingly acted in a manner that created a substantial risk to a child’s safety by possessing and distributing methamphetamine with the child present, and knowingly possessed drug paraphernalia, a scale with residue believed to be methamphetamine.
Reeves was being held on $100,000 bond.

Michael Scott Eubanks Jr., 35, of Greenfield was charged with going armed with intent and public intoxication 7:42 p.m. Sunday in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Eubanks had in his possession two knives with the intent of going to the residence in the 500 block of NE Sixth Street to cut a person’s throat. Eubanks was also walking at the intersection of NE Fourth and NE Elm streets very intoxicated.
Eubanks was being held on $5,000 bond.
