GREENFIELD — Adair County Health System (ACHS) announced the launch of a patient portal, giving patients secure online access to their medical information, 24/7. Adair County Health System patients can now access their medical information and more online through My ACHS Portal wherever they are. This is a free service available to all patients of Adair County Health System.
My ACHS Portal is a valuable tool for communication between patients and their health-care providers. The secure portal allows patients to find their lab results, access health-care resources, request appointments, contact their medical provider and view family members’ medical records, if authorized.
“We want patients to have a secure way to reach their providers and get their test results fast,” said Angela Mortoza, ACHS CEO. “With My ACHS Portal, we have a safe connection between patients and their providers to share health care information and manage their health care.”
To gain access to My ACHS Portal, patients must complete an authorization form at the medical clinic front desk, and they will receive an email invitation to the My ACHS Portal page. This form is also available online at www.adaircountyhealthsystem.org. Once patients are registered, they can access their providers and their health information.
ACHS ensures your health information is secure by carefully controlling the authorization process, using secure invitations, personal identification procedures and requiring patients to develop their own account passwords.
