RED OAK — Chase Maynes drove in four runs and Todd Stoaks and Mason Peterson shared the pitching duties as the Tigers rolled to the 10-run win Thursday.
Red Oak had 13 errors in the game while Lenox played flawless in the field. Stoaks allowe donly one hit before being relieved by Peterson in the fourth, but issued 11 walks.
Maynes finished with three hits, while Jordan Reed and Peterson each had two for the Tigers. Peterson and Reed each hit triples.
“Our boys came out ready to hit the ball and run the bases,” said Lenox coach Kurt Stoaks. “Red Oak is a very young team and we hit the ball hard and forced them to make errors.”

OSCEOLA — Corning’s baseball game at Osceola Clarke was cancelled Thursday because of wet field conditions, and will likely not be rescheduled.
