Andrew Allen Hoskinson, 60, of Bellingham, Wash., died June 23, 2011, at home from natural causes.

Andrew’s body was cremated by Neptune Services of Washington.

Andrew Allen Hoskinson, son of Robert and Mildred Hoskinson, was born Oct. 20, 1950, in Creston.

Andrew graduated from Creston High School and Simpson College in Indianola.

Andrew was a musician and poet.

Andrew is survived by his sister Robina (husband Sam) Reeves; brother Robert (wife Marilyn) Hoskinson; nieces, Kim (husband Steve) Johnson, Lori (husband Lynn) Worley, Tabitha (husband Barry) Blessing; nephew Ben (wife Mindy) Hoskinson; many great-nephews; girlfriend Mary Matz of Prague, Czech Republic; and friends, David and Susan Given-Seymour, Rick and Barbara Osen, David and Peg Sudol.

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents.
