Rollin Oberton Dyer, 84, of Indianola died May 15, 2011, at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Indianola. Burial will be in Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. Overton Funeral Home, 501 W. Ashland Avenue, Indianola, is in charge of arrangements. Rollin is survived by his wife Karen; sons, Bob (wife Tricia) Dyer of Indianola and Jim (wife Sondra) Dyer of Webster City; daughter Jan (husband Tom) Smith of Indianola; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother Merwyn (wife Theresa) Dyer of Indianola.
Rollin was preceded in death by his parents.
