Gerald L. Wallace, 64, of Creston, died Oct. 16, 2009, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, at Powers Funeral Home, 601 New York Ave. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery northeast of Creston with military rites by Theodore J. Martens VFW Post No. 1797. Open visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
