First Presbyterian Church and Salem Lutheran Church invite children to Crocodile Dock: Where Fearless Kids Shine God’s Light!
“This year our church is full of excitement as we visit Crocodile Dock,” says Salem Lutheran Vacation Bible School Director Raquel Linch. “Our Crocodile Dock VBS program will provide fun, memorable Bible-learning activities for kids age four through entering 6th grade. Each day kids will sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, nibble tasty snacks, take on a Daily Challenge to let God’s love grow into their homes, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s Word, and create Bible crafts they’ll take home and play with all summer long.”
Crocodile Dock VBS begins Sunday, July 12 and continues through Friday, July 17. Meet at First Presbyterian Church, 702 W. Prairie, each day from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm. Registration is available online at [ http://www.crestonfpc.org ]www.crestonfpc.org. Registration forms are also available at First Presbyterian Church and Salem Lutheran Church. Registration form must be filled out prior to attending Vacation Bible School. Kids should bring a white t-shirt to decorate at Crocodile Dock. “Crocodile Dock is an exciting way for kids to learn more about God’s love,” says Linch. “We’ll be studying stories about Bible characters who were wild about God. Each day concludes at Firefly Finale — a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join us daily for this special time. We hope Crocodile Dock will get everyone excited about God in our community.”
