Ava Jolene Frost, 27, of Kellerton was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance and Brian Colt Dunkerson, 21, of Prescott was cited for no insurance after an accident 8:07 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and Taylor Street.
Abby Alan Roland Reed, 20, 510 W Spencer St., and Adam Douglas Drake, 23, of Corning were charged 9:50 p.m. Wednesday at Reed’s residence on an Adams County warrant for fifth-degree theft.
Matthew A. Martin, 1507 190th St., reported three Ruger handguns and cash was taken from his residence Tuesday.

Electrical and copper wire were reportedly taken from DeBruce Grain, 300 N. Osage St., between Sunday and Tuesday.
